Lately, my way of working has extended to unimaginable horizons. To achieve this I need a good medium.
After trying many things I found Leaf, the ideal one that guarantees what I’m looking for: in the proper size of the image as well as in the accuracy of the color. The capture software, which is very complete indeed, helps me give my pictures the personal touch they require.
By incorporating Leaf into my studio a year ago, my pictures have improved in quality. The flesh tones are real, something I couldn’t get with other digital mediums, improving the depth of the color as well as the shade. All these things contributed to buying the Leaf back.
I undoubtedly recommend using the Leaf Capture software. You will find the solutions for a proper post production as you will be able to improve the definition, the color, etc.
With models, I use the back loaded in a Mamiya 645 AF camera. This gives me great mobility and makes the capture easier. And outdoors, where you have to seize the moment, is where I get the most satisfaction because with a simple laptop I make sure I got the shot. As simple as that.
To get pictures of products in the studio I use the back loaded in a SINAR medium, which is the perfect combination between accuracy and creativity. I usually use a combination of different lightings with flashes and natural light achieving excellent results. I like having everything under control before the final shot.
