With the Photokina show behind us, we can take a breath and look back at what a great event this was for Leaf, and especially for the customers that came to our booth to see the new line up.
The Leaf booth
There was tremendous interest in all the new features that were demonstrated in the 3 areas of the booth.
Commercial Area: This area featured large format cameras and the Leaf AFi-II, allowing customers to shoot a beautiful nostalgic nautical instruments set. They got hands-on experience using the new color live video on Leaf Capture 11.2, Verto sensor rotation on the Leaf AFi-II, Schneider control, and more.
Expert Stations Area: This area had portable and tethered shooting and assisted demos of the new products. Customers saw all the new features in action: color live video, two-way camera sync, seamless switch, display on the touch screen in tethered, synchronized zoom and pan on Leaf Capture, histogram on the camera´s LCD grip (available in the latest firmware), remote cable release ... and more.
 In addition, the new Leaf Capture remote with Apple iPhone/iPod touch app was demonstrated and was a big hit. This was also where the new Leaf AFi-II tilt touch screen made the biggest impression!
Theater Area: Large crowds gathered here throughout the day to see the Leaf AFi-II put to work. Professional photographers shot using the Leaf AFi-II 10 and 7 cameras. A live Fashion shoot demonstrates all our great new technologies, including the internal sensor rotation, tilting screen and the remote capture on the iPod touch. In addition, experts from Dalsa and Apple provide technical presentations about their products and cooperation with Leaf.
